234 TUTOR: Rosalind Hoyes
This fun course uses balls, toning circles, bands and weights to add variety to Pilates mat work. Whether you are a beginner or a more practiced devotee, you can enjoy learning alternative and stimulating ways to enhance your practice, whilst staying true to Joseph Pilates' exercises. Using equipment can isolate and intensify the work of core muscles and enhance your awareness and understanding of this highly beneficial and restorative exercise technique.
A fun week suitable for all levels of Pilates students. Using the small equipment such as overballs, bands, toning circles, weights and foam rollers we can enhance our Pilates repertoire and target specific muscles to great effect.
Throughout the week we will stretch, tone and energise our bodies using Joseph Pilates original matwork techniques, adding different pieces of small equipment each day.
Whether you are a seasoned Pilates devotee or a beginner you will enjoy a varied and stimulating pattern of exercises to suit your personal range of movement.
All equipment will be provided. Wear stretchy clothing such as lycra workout pants and a tight fitting t-shirt.
