1. The information we collect and how we use it
1.1 In some areas of our website, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit or reply to you after your visit. When you do so, we ask you to give us your name, email address, and other personal information that will be needed to supply the goods, services or information to you.
1.2 We use information held about you in the following ways:
1.3 We may share your email address with tutors and they may contact you about your courses.
1.4 We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop our website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
2. Our use of cookies and other information gathering technologies
2.1 We do use cookies (defined below) on the site to enhance your visit. If you do not wish to accept cookies your web-browser should be configured to notify you and/or reject cookies.
Definition of Cookies: Message given to a web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser in a text file called cookie.txt. Each time the browser requests a page from the server, this message is sent back. A cookie's main objective is to identify users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them, for example by welcoming them by name the next time they visit the same site. A site using cookies will usually invite you to provide personal information such as your name, email address and interests.
2.2 We do use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to analyse traffic to our site and for marketing monitoring purposes. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. View the Google Privacy Policy here.
2.3. We do use Facebook Pixel, an analytics service provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd that connects data from the Facebook advertising network with actions performed on our website. The Facebook pixel tracks conversions that can be attributed to ads on Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network. View the Facebook Privacy Policy here.
2.4. We do use Campaign Monitor, an email marketing service that allows us to build and send out marketing emails to our Subscribers. Personal data shared with Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd includes name and email address. Through this application we can also store information about and track Subscriber engagement with our emails. View the Campaign Monitor Privacy Policy here.

We have in place a full range of technical and security procedures, including the latest firewall technology and browser certification encryption, in order that we protect your interests in relation to privacy and your personal information.
3.2. We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of MCSS cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. We will also email you should we make any changes so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
5.2 Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the EU that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy.
