Grab your passport, pack your adventure taste buds and let's go cooking 'around the world'. Throughout the week, you will learn to cook a starter, main and side dish from five different cuisines. You will also learn where different foods come from, knife skills, cooking techniques, including how to cook to maintain the health benefits of fresh ingredients, and how food works in our bodies. By the end of the week's taste journey, you are bound to have some favourite recipes that will follow you for years to come and help you eat well for life.
