Yoga for Young Adventurers

Children
are under more pressure then ever these days to succeed in the busy world that
we live in.
It
is hard to find time to help calm their minds. Yoga has been proven to improve confidence, concentration and
flexibility and this course will provide techniques to help your child deal
with these challenges.
Each
session will start with a warm up and then they will learn lots of fun asanas
(yoga postures) moving on to an array of fun filled yoga games.
At
the end of each class there will be a well deserved relaxation.
