Multi-Sport
On this
Multi-Sport course, you will not only take part in many different activities,
but you will also receive guidance to improve your knowledge and skills around
each sport. With the emphasis on fun, this course will have something for
everyone. Just some of the sports included are Basketball, Badminton, Touch Rugby, Volleyball, Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee and Water Polo.
This course has been adapted and updated to cater for an introduction into the widest possible range of interests and will cover a broad selection of indoor and outdoor sports, making the best use of the magnificent sporting facilities of Marlborough College. These sports below will be managed into a weekly schedule with a planned session for each.
During the week, you will complete a selection of two/three activities each day from the following list:
- Badminton
- Basketball
- Handball
- Indoor/outdoor cricket
- Soccer/5 a-side
- Rounders
- Swimming
- Tennis/Table Tennis
- Touch Rugby
- Ultimate Frisbee
- Volleyball
- Water Polo
Please wear suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor sports including a swimsuit and towel. A list of the schedule will be handed out at the start of the week.
Comfortable and warm clothing is important as well as a good pair of trainers/boots.
