This year, there are a number of new and exciting courses included in our teenage programme. Teenagers can also enjoy a varied and exciting range of entertainment during the early evening. These activities may include treasure hunts, swimming inflatables, Capture the Flag, Jailbreak and much more. So, there's always plenty to do!
Josh Duarte (Team Leader weeks 1 and 2)
Josh has been a YA tutor for 4 years and is really excited to lead the team this summer. Josh is a qualified teacher and has been teaching in prep schools as Head of Design Technology and Assistant House Master for 5 years. Josh currently teaches at Elstree Prep school In West Berkshire. Outside of the classroom Josh enjoys being creative and making pottery, playing sports and good food. Josh is looking forward to bringing all his experience into creating a fantastic environment for the YAs and Teens group.
Lois Wright (Team Leader weeks 3 and 4)
Lois Wright has worked at Summer School since 2016; now a qualified geography teacher, she is excited at the prospect of leading the team of tutors for the YAs and teenagers this summer. Sports is a huge passion of Lois' and not only has she played a variety of sports since a young age, she is a qualified gymnastics and cricket coach and has used these skills across the years at Marlborough. With summer school returning after two missed years, Lois looks forward to ensuring all of the children and teenagers enjoy their long awaited and well deserved summer.
The Summer School Office will issue a Parental Approval Form for all students aged 17 and under, which must completed prior to arrival.
Courses marked with a C indicate combined courses for both Teenagers and Young Adventurers.
