Since training in Cordon Bleu cookery nearly 35 years ago, I have been cooking for friends, family and, over the past 15 years, for celebrations, parties, events & private entertaining.
I love sharing my knowledge, passion and ideas for fresh, seasonal & delicious food - showing students how easy it can be to create simple feasts packed with flavour for everyone to enjoy. My courses are relaxed, informal and enjoyable with accessible recipes, teaching key skills, encouraging support and ultimately eating and enjoying what you've made!
