Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat: Going Deeper

246 TUTOR: Maura Barber-Oosterhuis

An opportunity to delve deeper into the practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing practice) and journaling. This retreat week offers plenty of space and time for personalised self-care, and will enrich ongoing, positive change and transformation. Our practices are soulful and seasonal, and have a strong focus on breath, body and self-awareness. Our week also includes use of essential oils and self-massage, meditative walks and outdoor meditations. We will conclude every day with a luxurious blend of Restorative Yoga, healing sound and deep relaxation. Suitable for those who have a regular yoga practice and are keen to delve a little deeper.

Course Notes

There is so much more to yoga than what can possibly be covered in regular classes. This retreat week offers a deeper level of yoga practice and understanding to curious and committed students. Expand your knowledge of what yoga means and how we practice it today. Learn more about your yoga and yourself and make your practice fit for life.

'The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures, but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and relationships.' - TKV Desikachar
