There is so much more to yoga than what can possibly be
covered in regular classes. This retreat week offers a deeper level of yoga practice
and understanding to curious and committed students. Expand your knowledge of
what yoga means and how we practice it today. Learn more about your yoga and
yourself and make your practice fit for life.
'The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform
postures, but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and
relationships.' - TKV Desikachar
