Course Notes

We will work mainly as a group, but individual needs will be addressed where appropriate.

For singers and non-singers alike. No experience necessary

Vocal and health benefits

- Decrease anxiety and stress

- Learning simple songs in a variety of styles

- Learning to enjoy our own voice

Essential equipment:

Water and straws though these will be provided. If you happen to own a bolster, meditation cushion or yoga mat you are most welcome to bring these with you but these are not essential.
