187 TUTOR: Alicia Rendle
Connect and discover your voice with breathing work, mindfulness and body awareness. Each day we will use a variety of mindfulness and awareness exercises as well as gentle stretches and breath work. We will explore resonance, projection adding voice to movement and focusing the mind. We will close by learning a section of a song together. The experience will journey us to play, curiosity and insight within self. Come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.
We will work mainly as a group, but individual needs will be addressed where appropriate.
For singers and non-singers alike. No experience necessary

Water and straws though these will be provided. If you happen to own a bolster, meditation cushion or yoga mat you are most welcome to bring these with you but these are not essential.
