659 TUTOR: Vaughan's Cookery School
During each session, you will learn how to cook three or four different plant-based or vegan dishes. Your tutor will cover the main techniques needed and introduce alternative ingredients to help you prepare recipes that you already know and love with a vegan twist, giving you the confidence to cook the dishes at home and for others. Every session is very practical giving you the opportunity to experiment with and test the recipes for yourself.
You will receive a recipe folder with details of all the recipes used and have the opportunity to make notes throughout the course.

Equipment required: no special equipment is required as it will be provided along with ingredients but participants must wear suitable non-slip footwear whilst working.

Including tagines, curries and other dishes.
Including meringues and cold desserts using agar.
Vegan Baking techniques
Cakes and biscuits, with egg and dairy substitutes for baking
