Motivation is fleeting, which is why it's essential to have a plan. If you don't map out where you want to go, how will you know how to get there? Sharing strategies used by the world's most successful people, the lifestyle audit will guide you through a step by step process of how to gain clarity of your purpose and how to navigate your way there.

Course Notes

This course is for anyone who may feel stuck, or would like to learn techniques to achieve their full potential and take this opportunity to pause and audit their lifestyle. Now is your time.

 

In todays busy society, it can be difficult to set aside the time to refocus on your goals, or perhaps you need some clarity on what your goals are. This course will guide you through a step by step process of how to discover your passion and what lights you up. You will build a plan of how to navigate the gap between where you are, to where you want to be, in all areas of your life from career to relationships, wellbeing to finances.

 

From practical exercises to meditative techniques, this course is a deep dive into resetting your lifestyle and getting the most out of your day to day.

 

Day 1:

Your life is the story of who you are and you are the author. To begin our week together, we review which chapter you're on right now and where you'd like to take your story moving forward.

Day 2:

Often it's the stories we tell ourselves that create the real limitations. Today we will dive in to how to change these stories or limiting beliefs to open the door for abundance.

Day 3:

What transforms a good story into a page turner, is editing. Even the worlds most successful authors and film makers edit their work and cut out everything that is uneccessary. Day three is about defining everything you want in your life, and editing out everything you don't.

Day 4:

Quite often we feel misaligned with our lives because we have drifted so far from where we want to be, without realising it, but when we look up and realise how far we have drifted, it seems like an impossible task to get back on track. Often, all it takes is a 2mm shift to steer back towards your goals (& enjoy the journey along the way).

Day 5:

Motivation isn't enough. You're never going to feel like doing the things you need to do and self awareness of where you trip up is key, whether it's procrastination or lack of confidence. Today we put into place strategies that will help you create the lifestyle you want.

About Jenny

With a background in residential property development, Jenny Quinlan studied at the prestigious KLC School of Design in Chelsea, London and upon graduating worked at high end studios such as Gunter & Co and Hooton Studio. After founding Studio JQ Ltd in 2016, Jenny worked for Dunning & Everard running the studio as their Senior Designer, in charge of some fantastic residential and commercial projects across the UK. In April 2018 Jenny left to run Studio JQ Ltd full time from her Marlborough base and works on high end residential and commercial projects worldwide. She lives with her husband, 3 children and 4 dogs in the beautiful Pewsey Vale.
