This course will teach you how to train for a variety of road cycling events; everything from a 10 mile time trial to your first 100. You will ride the roads of Wiltshire's beautiful countryside each day. The Wednesday ride will be slightly longer with an all-important coffee stop. The course will also cover nutrition for cyclists, discovering your functional threshold power [FTP] on one of the College's Wattbikes as well as basic bike maintenance and strength and conditioning.
