Secondly, the tutor will show you how to make quality soup stock, which is absolutely vital for making quality Japanese dishes. You will also learn six basic Japanese cooking techniques covering fried, steamed, simmered, deep-fried, vinegared and dressed dishes. The recipes will be for authentic dishes that Japanese people eat daily, but are also considered suitable for British tastes. The course will end with the most popular Japanese food, sushi.
