This course combines the latest neuroscientific research into the brain's role in a fully functioning memory with practical exercises to help enhance your memory power. It introduces a range of easy to use techniques designed to build memory muscle through a series of conditioning exercises based around the six intelligence zones. The course also highlights the importance of nutrition and lifestyle behaviours that contribute to improved memory. By the end of the course, you will have a repertoire of effective tools to select from and put into daily practice, not to mention newfound confidence in your ability to recall information effortlessly and accurately.

Dr Helen T Cullina is a training specialist and expert in cross-cultural leadership, with more than 30 years' experience in the training and development field, which includes working in the UK and overseas both in a consulting capacity and corporate trainer. Through wide ranging work experience Helen has designed and delivered training courses in leadership development, business skills and interpersonal skills and trained more than 1,000 managers from around the globe. Helen's training methodology is based on the most up to date research in the field, delivered using interactive techniques to engage participants and ensure courses are valuable, beneficial and memorable experiences.
Helen's entry point into training and development was with The British Council more than 25 years ago. After moving into management positions in overseas assignments she specialized in learning and development of middle to senior managers and coaching and mentoring senior executives.
Helen's academic achievements include a Doctorate from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University. She also holds a Master in Business Administration from Leicester University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Leicester University, a Post Graduate Diploma (DELTA) and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (CELTA) from UCLES, UK.
Helen describes herself as being passionate about seeking and sharing knowledge with others - allowing them to grow into the best they can possibly be. She is a fervent believer in continuous learning which has no boundaries. Her most recent qualifications include a certified Gym Fitness Instructor and a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. Being a coach has allowed Helen to be an influencer and enabler for others seeking successful outcomes to achieve more than they expected.
