In this course, you'll be taken through the blueprint to losing weight, the exact protocol that's been used with hundreds of other females to guarantee they can stick to the diet and ditch the yoyo dieting, and the steps to rebuild your diet so you can overcome digestive issues, have more energy, and boost your immune system.

Day 1: Why you're diets failing and how your good intentions may have been stolen. What nutrients do you get from different foods? We are you missing?

Day 2: Nutrition 101: How you can start building a diet to last and put an end to the yoyo dieting

Day 3: Why is the gut so important to your health and daily functioning? What is the role of the gut wall? How does it impact our immune system? Could it be the cause of your symptoms?

Day 4: How do you find the types of foods that are contributing to your symptoms and quality of life? Can you reintroduce them in the future? If so, how?

Day 5: Overcoming the 7 biggest struggles that stop you getting what you want and developing your action plan to guarantee you starting getting a reward for your efforts and stop wasting more time

He has since worked as a fully qualified personal trainer, specialising in gut health and fat loss. Matthew is currently finishing his postgraduate research in Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, which will give him the title of "Registered Nutritionist".
