Throughout the week, you will discover the principles as well as the practical applications of self-defence. This will range from verbal and non-violent conflict resolution, awareness and avoidance through to disarming and immobilisation techniques. The course will give you a greater knowledge of defending yourself and your family irrespective of age, size or strength. Everything you will learn is simple, yet effective, and will allow you to develop a series of responses to a number of real life situations. The course is based upon proven principles taken from across the martial arts, police systems and street defence techniques. The sessions are all run in a fun and energetic manner by the Phoenix Martial Arts team of qualified professional instructors. No prior experience necessary.
