Yoga nidra is a method of relaxation that aims to calm the body and the mind. It is based on body awareness, breathing, visualisation and creating a state of complete quietness. A different visualisation will be offered each day so that you can discover the most effective technique for you. Yoga nidra can be used to relieve tension and it can also serve as an introduction to meditation. Please note that the duration of this course will be one hour each day.
