Natural First Aid

240 TUTOR: Cyla Higley (Cert Ed)

In times of need it is great to have a few tricks up your sleeve. Sometimes they are all that is needed, although they are not intended to replace medical assistance if needed. You will learn about some easily available homeopathic and Bach flower remedies that you can keep in the cupboard along with some great healing nutritional tips. In addition, you will learn about pressure points that can be easily applied in an emergency and to help minor ailments. A great way to investigate a variety of therapies.
