In times of need it is great to have a few tricks up your sleeve. Sometimes they are all that is needed, although they are not intended to replace medical assistance if needed. You will learn about some easily available homeopathic and Bach flower remedies that you can keep in the cupboard along with some great healing nutritional tips. In addition, you will learn about pressure points that can be easily applied in an emergency and to help minor ailments. A great way to investigate a variety of therapies.

Course Notes

Day 1 Bach flowers - history, short description and use of the 38 essences as well as the Rescue Remedy

Day 2 How remedies are made and used. The Tissue salts and their uses. 12 popular homeopathic remedies for everyday use. Discussion on any specific class remedies needed

Day 3 Theory of acupuncture and how the points can be activated. Acupressure points for self-help and emergency including asthma support, pain, congestion, fainting, energy support.

Day 4 Store cupboard nutrition such as spices for inflammation, indigestion, grapefruit seed extract as a natural anti biotic, vitamin C for immunity

Day 5 Other techniques to include breast congestion support, aromatherapy for infection, Ortho-bionamy for painful joints

No previous experience needed and no special requirements for the course
