Course Notes

Ayurveda is a comprehensive system of holistic health care that originated in India several thousand years ago and is still as relevant today as it was when it was first conceived. Its objectives are to establish optimum health in each individual, physically, mentally and spiritually, through the art of living in harmony with the laws of nature.

Discover your unique doshic blueprint that will provide you with the knowledge to take back control of your health. If your doshas are out of balance steps need to be taken to redress the balance and restore the integrity of your constitution and you will be shown how this can be done

According to ayurveda, health is a perfect state of balance between the body's three fundamental energies or doshas (vata, pitta and kapha) and an equally vital balance in our body, mind and soul or consciousness. Ill health is related to disturbances of the doshas and toxins within the body. You will discover which dosha or doshas are imbalanced, and find out what is causing the disturbance in your lifestyle and diet and how this can be corrected.

- Balancing the digestion and the microbiome

- Relaxation and how to deal with stress - Relax and renew yoga and other tips
