It recognizes that each one of us is unique and shows us how to live a healthier, happier and more balanced life. Discover your doshic type or genetic blueprint and learn how to find balance in your life with nutritional advice, stress reducing techniques, self-massage and breathing, together with what herbs and spices might be most suitable for you. Ayurveda is a complete system of medicine that covers a wide variety of different treatments in order to live a long and healthy life.
