Hand Embroidery, Blackwork: Flutterby Flower

24 TUTOR: Chrissie Juno Mann

Join Chrissie Juno Mann for a week of Blackwork embroidery. You will be stitching this traditional motif of a flower and butterfly. This is historically a counted technique and a number of geometric patterns have been added to infill the design. A touch of goldwork is included to lift the piece and highlight the flower centre and the butterfly antennae. This course is suitable for any level.
